Concept to Stage Delivery

My work on J. Cole’s 4 Your Eyez Only tour established the creative platform that later informed my leadership as Creative Director, Design at Dreamville. I was tasked with translating themes of incarceration and individual power into a singular stage image. I defined the concept and delivered a custom orange jumpsuit referencing prison uniforms, then engineered a modular snap-on nameplate system that enabled on-figure personalization while reinforcing ownership and identity. With a 48-hour concept window and five days to produce, I ran end-to-end delivery across sourcing, fittings and production, aligning artist management and tour operations on an accelerated schedule. The piece opened the tour, became the hero wardrobe asset, and proved how strategy, emotion and design can shape brand voice at scale.
