I lead creative direction over wardrobe for 25+ music videos across U.S. and international productions. I translate treatments into look systems, building briefs, lookbooks, color scripts and character arcs that align with story and camera. I partner closely with directors, DPs, production and set design to lock wardrobe into shot lists, lighting and art direction. I staff and manage multi-stylist teams, run fittings, continuity and clearances, and keep delivery tight on accelerated schedules, including overnight and around-the-clock shoots. I manage six-figure wardrobe budgets with clean vendor pipelines, negotiate designer and brand partnerships, and secure product that reads premium on screen.
